

Cindy was the first child born to Bob and Colette Tallman on July 28, 1953 in Waco, Texas. Her family traveled due to her father’s Air Force Career and as a child she lived in Texas, Michigan, Germany, New Jersey and California before settling in Ohio. Cindy graduated from Beavercreek High School in 1971. She subsequently worked as a customer service and sales professional before pursuing her dreams of becoming a flight attendant, a career she enjoyed for many years. Her career with the Airlines led her to be based in Houston, Cincinnati and then Atlanta. She enjoyed both domestic and International travel and made many friends among her co-workers. A lover of dogs and cats, Cindy also owned her own business, Precious Paws Pet Sitting Service, while living in Houston. When she retired from Delta Airlines in 2013, Cindy went to work in Veterinary Clinics so that she could help the animals she loved.
Cindy is preceded in death by her father Oliver H. Tallman II, USAF, Col (retired), her mother Marie Colette Lussier Tallman and two siblings. Daniel Robert Tallman died in infancy. Michelle Diane Tallman passed away in 2001.
Cindy leaves behind her son Jacob Scott Frazier and his wife Viviana along with her grandchildren Gregory Scott Frazier and Alyssa Nichole Frazier (Austin, TX). She is survived by her brother Kenneth Tallman (Michele), her sister Therese “Terry” Tallman Cherniga (Michael), nephews Nicholas Tallman (Velinda) and Patrick Cherniga (Shirley), niece Kara Cherniga Uhl (David) and many dear friends.
No memorial service or funeral is planned. In remembrance of Cindy’s love for animals, the family kindly requests that donations be made to your local animal welfare organization in her memory.
