Age 71 of Kettering, Ohio passed away on Monday May 26th 2025 at Walnut Creek Nursing Home after a prolonged illness. Debbie was born in Cincinnati Ohio October 9th, 1953. A graduate of Fairmont East High School class of 1971 and retired from DP&L. She was preceded in death by her son, Joseph and parents, Troy and Violet Oliver.
Debbie was a loved wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed traveling. She was also an early adopter of personal computers and computer programming. Other interests included playing the piano and singing with anyone who would sing with her. Always preferring to be in the company of all family and friends. She is survived by husband of 45 years, William Tesmer; son, Aaron and daughter in law Kelli; and granddaughter, Madison. The family would like to thank the Walnut Creek staff and residents who showed their love for her.
Debbie’s Visitation is from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 4th, 2025 at Parkview Church of the Nazarene, 4701 Far Hills Avenue, Kettering, Ohio 45429, with the Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, Centerville, Ohio.
