Don was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio to the late Casper and Dorothy(Ping)Goffe. He was a huge Cincinnati Reds Fan, was great at the card game Solitaire and Bingo! He was also quite the foodie and enjoyed eating pizza the most. Don is preceded in death by his siblings; Marjorie Hill, Wilene Doxey, Jerry Goffe, Jim Goffe, Ronnie Goffe, and Janet Schafer. His survivors include a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Don's family wishes to extend a special thank you to the staff at Astoria Health and Rehab Center for the exceptional care that was given to Don.
A visitation for Donald will be held Thursday, February 16, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Tobias Funeral Home, 3970 Dayton Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio, followed by a funeral service at 11:30 AM.
Donald will be laid to rest in Mount Zion Park Cemetery, Beavercreek, Ohio.
