PHILLIPS, Dorothy age 98 of Dayton, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2014 at Oak Creek Terrace Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her husband James B. Phillips and her parents Theresa and Michael Woerl. She is survived by her daughter Dorothy Wiley and grandsons James, Jeff, and John (Bethany) Wiley. Dorothy is also survived by her sister-in-law Evelyn Morehouse of Indianapolis, many beloved nieces and nephews, and special friends Diane Whiteaker and Betty Chadwell. The family would like to give a special thanks to the staffs of 10 Wilmington Place, Oak Creek Terrace, and Hospice of Dayton. Services are Wednesday September 10, 2014, visitation at 9:30 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow 10:30 a.m at Immaculate Conception Church.
