BALLARD, Eleanor, age 92 of Dayton, passed away at The Widows Home of Dayton on Monday, August 17, 2015. She is preceded in death by her husband, William T. Ballard and her parents, Martin and Grace (Williams) Bryant. Eleanor is survived by her son, Dennis Ballard. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Friday, August 21, 2015 at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME- BELMONT CHAPEL. The family will receive friends from 10am until the time of services at the funeral home.
