Elizabeth J Zimmer

Elizabeth "Libby" Zimmer, formerly known as Elizabeth Jancauskas, was born on August 26, 1956, in Xenia, Ohio, to the late Alidore and Ann Jancauskas. She passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 67, in Dayton, Ohio.

Libby was a kind, compassionate, and caring individual who touched the lives of many with her lovable personality. Libby is survived by her husband of 33 years, John Zimmer, daughter, Victoria Zimmer, her mother, Jane Jancauskas, her sister, Catherine (Richard) Newcomb, brothers Joseph (Simone) Jancauskas and Michael Jancauskas, and sister-in-law Kellie Locke-Raynes.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ann Jancauskas and her father, Alidore Jancauskas.

Libby's life will be honored with services held at Tobias Funeral Home on Far Hills Avenue on Tuesday, March 19 from 11:00-1:00pm and Emmanuel Lutheran Church on Wednesday, March 20 at 11:00 am, where she worshipped.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Day City Hospice in memory of Libby Zimmer.

The compassionate staff at Tobias Funeral Home in Kettering, Ohio, is assisting the family with the arrangements. Libby will be dearly missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
