She is survived by her six children: William Sanderson, Ruth Mitchell (Shawn Mitchell), Mary Sanderson, John Sanderson (Rachel Sanderson), Edward Sanderson, and George Sanderson. She is also survived by one grandchild, Winona Sanderson, and her sister, Alice Niles (Dean Niles).
She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Richard Sanderson.
Ellen owned and operated her own CPA business for 20 years. She worked hard and earned her Ph.D. in Political Science and a Master of Business Administration.
Funeral services will be held at 12 pm on Monday, September 15, 2025 at the Tobias Funeral Home – Beavercreek Chapel with interment to follow at Mt Zion Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11 am – 12 pm on Monday, September 15.
