Emma Jean Gebhardt

Gebhardt, Emma Jean (Bradshaw), age 85, of Riverside, passed away on Saturday, December 31, 2011, at Grandview Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin S. Gebhardt, her parents, Steele and Elsie Bradshaw, 2 sons, Joseph M. and Gregory E. Gebhardt, 2 sisters, Eileen Coffey and Evelyn Huden and a brother, Gerald Bradshaw. Emma Jean is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Kenneth) Nickell, of Xenia; 3 sons, Martin (Mary) Gebhardt, of Miamisburg, Fr. Paul Gebhardt, of Cincinnati and James (Robin Murphy) Gebhardt, of Riverside; a niece, Linda Coffey; former daughter-in-law, Karen Harris; 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2012, at St. Helen Catholic Church, 5100 Burkhardt Road with Father David Brinkmoeller, celebrant. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the mass on Thursday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association. The family wishes to express thier heartfelt appreciation to the staff at Wright Nursing Center for the loving care extended to Emma Jean.
