

MASTERS, Estel. E. “Bud”, age 91, of Kettering, passed away Saturday, March 29, 2025 at his sons house in Noblesville, Indiana. Bud was born on September 9, 1933 in Jackson County, Tennessee to the late Elmer and Martha Taylor Masters. He is also preceded in death by loving wife of 60 years, Maria del Socorro Aguilar Masters on March 3, 2016; sisters, Louise Roberts, Beatrice Matthews and Patsy Simmons. He is survived by his children, Debbie (Gary) Boas, Michelle (George) Hampton, and Michael (Jennifer) Masters; 11 grandchildren, Aimee (Patrick) Matyas, Brandon (Leah) Boas, Tyler (Rachael), Kyle, Riley, and Maggie Hampton, Jordan (Kayla), Landon (Ktaya), Logan, Ethan, and Kadin Masters; and 13 great grandchildren, Abby and James Matyas, Nile, Theo and Mara Boas, Cadence, Kennedy, Oliver, Emma, and Cash Hampton, Norah, Kasen and Lakeland Masters. Bud was a longtime member of Cornerstone Baptist Church. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and was a retired lineman with DP&L. The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at Miami Valley Memory Gardens Chapel, 1639 E. Lytle Five Points Rd., Centerville, Ohio 45458, with the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Pastor Jerry Siler officiating. Burial Miami Valley Memory Gardens.
