Irvin C.Bogart, age 98 of Dayton passed away on June 28, 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife Magaret Bogart, parents Ada and Clifford Bogart, and daughter and son-in-law Beverly (Kelly) Christensen. Irvin is survived by his granddaughters and their spouses: Kim (Kevin) Shearer and Jodi (Tracy) Staton and great-grandchildren Max Weidenborner and Samantha Staton, special nephew Doug (Ardis) Gannon, and numerous other family and friends. Irvin loved being outdoors, especially taking care of his shrubs, and sitting on his porch talking to the neighbors. He also enjoyed reading and talking about automobiles. Friends may visit at the Tobias Funeral Home, Belmont Chapel, on Tuesday, July 5th, 2016 from 11-12. A procession to the Graveside Service at Centerville Cemetery will immediately follow the visitation on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in memory of Irvin.
