

Born on June, 18 1975 in Dayton OH, Jim lived a life full of faith, love and laughter. He was deeply devoted to his family and friends. Jim enjoyed meeting new people and he truly never met a stranger. From Charlie Daniels, NASCAR, Guitars, Tennessee Vols and off-roading activities, Jim found joy that he loved to share with others.
Jim will be remembered for the love he had for his family especially his wife, Pam Marie Fischer and his two daughters Brooke Fischer and Jamie Fischer.
He was reunited in heaven with his father Edward V. Fischer; his sister Terry Fischer; and brother Bill Fischer. Jim is lovingly survived by his wife, Pamela Marie (Schneider) Fischer; his daughters, Brooke Fischer and Jamie Fischer; his mother Marilyn (Hilgeford) Fischer. Jim deeply loved his in-laws Dennis and Phyllis Schneider. He was also survived by his siblings Cindy (Steve) Gibson, Chris Harshbarger, Steve (Cindy) Fischer, Jan (Sean) Friel, Shelley Fischer. Also his brother and sister in law Eric (Stacie) Schneider. Along with nieces and nephews, Michelle (Jordan) Gutwein and Benjamin (Stacy) Harshbarger, Kelly Coots, Candice (Micheal) Lawson and Karley Fischer; Kyle and Kody (Kylie) Gibson; Erin, Will and Shannon Friel, Ellie, Sophie and Maddie Schneider and Glen Fischer. He also loved his great nieces and nephews, Chase Walkup, Reilley, Reid, and Kohenn Lawson; Kendra Walker, Anthony Crip, Caden and Carter Koon, Hunter and Riley Gutwein. Jim found joy in his soon to be sons Jackson Lightcap and Keyton Milbury. Jim is also survived by his best friend Dan Grampsh and family. A celebration of life will take place on Tuesday April 7, 2026 /4:00pm - 8:00pm / Wellsprings Baptist Church, 2094 OH-73, Waynesville, OH 45068.
