Sparks, James Edward, age 70 of Irvine and Richmond, KY, passed away on February 6, 2014 in Dayton, OH. He was preceded in death by his wife Barsha and son Danny Sparks. He is survived by his daughter Rose Ella Price; sister-in-law Cordelia Sparks; and nieces and nephews: Wilma Kelley, Gary Sparks, Edna Hardigan, Danny Estes, Jodie Estes, and Jewel Fike. Family will hold a memorial service at a later date. Arrangements under the direction of Tobias Funeral Home, Dayton, OH.
