She was creative and enjoyed painting.
Janie is survived by her husband of 40 years, George D. Napier, Sr.. Also surviving is a son, Jeffrey (Elizabeth) Tincher; stepson, George Napier, Jr.; grandchildren Jason and Kyle Tincher, and Shelby and Madison Napier; a brother, Donny (Garnetta) Tincher. She was preceded in death by a brother, Dale Tincher.
Visitation will be Friday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm in the chapel at Woodland Cemetery. Burial will follow services in the Woodland Mausoleum.
