

Jesse Jacob Rulli, age 80, passed away on June 12, 2023 at Trinity Community in Beavercreek. Jesse was born on April 22, 1943 in Webster, Massachusetts to parents Louis S. and Mary (Twardzik) Rulli who preceded him in death.
Jesse is survived by his wife, Virginia (Ginny) Holley Rulli; children, David M. (Kim) Rulli and Richard (Angela) Rulli; grandchildren, Megan Rulli, Jacob Rulli and Spencer Rulli; and brother, Robert Rulli.
Jesse graduated from Bartlett High School where he played baseball, football, basketball and was a Bartlett Hall of Fame Member. He graduated in 1966 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts. There he was captain of the baseball and basketball teams and a member of the Nichols College Hall of Fame. After those four years, he went on to complete his Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Western New England College.
Following college, Jesse completed twenty years in the USAF. He spent one year in Korat, Thailand as a munitions officer and then returned to the states and cross trained into internal audit and retired at the end of twenty years as a Lieutenant Colonel. He then finished his vocational career by working for Robbins-Gioia LLC. as a systems analyst.
Jesse’s hobbies included golf, yardwork, watching sports on television, enjoying family and napping. He will be greatly missed by his family and those who knew and loved him.
A Funeral Mass for Jesse will be held Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 10:30 AM at Ascension Catholic Church, 2025 Woodman Drive, Kettering, Ohio 45420 with Father Ed Pratt presiding. Burial with USAF Military Honors at Dayton National Cemetery will be determined at a later date.
