KELLY, John T. age 88 of Dayton, Ohio passed away Friday, February 6, 2015 at Kindred Hospital. He was preceded in death by his sister Ruth Cofer Connair. Survivors include Phyllis, the mother of their three sons, Michael of Kettering, Patrick (Joyce) of Springboro, and Timothy of Edmonds, WA.; grandchildren, Grant, Colson, and Morgan Kelly; nieces and nephew. John graduated from Chaminade High School, enlisted in the Army Airborne during WWII, and later returned to Dayton graduating from the University of Dayton. He was then employed by The Dayton Public School System teaching English and Drama at Belmont High School. John was an avid reader, member of the TCA, and member of St. Albert the Great Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be 12 noon Friday February 13, 2015 at St Albert the Great Catholic Church 3033 Far Hills Ave Kettering, Ohio 45429. Interment in Calvary Cemetery.
