Dear sisterbelle, 
     You are undeniably missed by your four siblings and Ed, who never gave up on you, the love of his life, in your last 40 days in the hospital.  Also by Dawn and Susan who outdid themselves in a stellar tribute to you in a beautiful way you'd be very proud of and your seven grandchildren who are lost without you. 

     I'd give anything to go camping on the Jack's Fork or Current river, to play croquet by the sycamore tree,  churn ice cream on the patio or enjoy one more of Dads famous pancake breakfasts.  I don't wish to relive the time you made me take a big long whiff of rubbing alcohol (but still laugh at).  I'd love to celebrate Christmas at the Log cabin or spend a week at Cabots Cove with the Kopfs.  How about eating 5 lbs of fresh caught lobsters with our Maine cousins or leisurely sailing around the BVI's in our catamaran.  Not to be outdone by another jump on Cindy's trampoline or skiing with your family in Austria.  I'd definately spend another 3 weeks visiting you in Germany.  Most of all, I'll deeply miss you at the family reunion this summer at Lake Sherwood which was one more of your favorite places you truly loved.  It's times like these and so many more that I'll dearly cherish forever.

     Although you are no longer here, your love is forever in my heart. Your laughter echoes for all to hear.  Your memory is already a treasure I miss.  It broke my heart to lose you, our chain is broken, but you'll always be my #1.

Dear Katrina, There were always five of us, and you lead the way wherever we went.  From the youngest school days, to high school plays, talent shows, college days, then world travel!  You knew the places and things to see because you had been there, and you could guide the rest of us along.  Mom and Dad raised us well, and you followed in their footsteps.  Have to say, when it came to family events or gatherings, it was your encylcopedic memory that kept our family timeline in perfect order.  You picked great friends and a great  husband, nurturing wonderful children and grandchildren.  Speaking of friends, here's a quality one also - her name is Kathy, lives near Dayton and her parents lived at The Bluffs where Mom and Dad lived.  And it was HER mom that would visit Mom every afternoon  and say the Lord's Prayer with her til her final days.   May we say the Lord's Prayer with you, Kathy, and may you rest in the comfort of His arms.  Our Father, who art in heaaven, .....

Dear Kathy,
You left a huge hole in our hearts but luckily we all have so many wonderful memories that bring a smile to our face.  Even though we were all so close in age, we always looked up to you as our oldest sister.  You knew how to have a good time and you truly cared about your younger siblings.  You were the epitome of a Christian woman;
 caring for others, giving of yourself unconditionally, volunteering, being a gracious hostess and serving your church always.  You were the best wife, mother and grandmother anyone could ask for.  We will miss your memory of so many details.  You will dearly be missed but so happy to have had you as a sister to look up to.

Kathy, you are dearly missed!  You were our fearless oldest sibling who paved the way in so many areas of our lives.  You showed us the joy in volunteering and helping others.  You showed us the excitement of adventure and independence in your many travels around the world.  You chose the college for us to attend.  You shared your love of cooking.  You showed us kindness and patience dealing with your younger siblings.  You shared your love and laughter and showed us how to have a fun time together as family throughout the years.  You kept all the important family history, dates, and events in your head.  You were not only the best big sister we could have, you were also an amazing wife, mother and grandmother.  You will forever be in my heart and loved.

Shina' and I share our deepest sympathies and prayers.  Kathy always had a smile, and an encouraging word for us as she walked in the neighborhood.

Jerry and I were heartbroken to hear the news of Kathy’s passing. She will be remembered as a genuine friend who truly loved life and a was a gracious hostess. You all are in our thoughts and prayers. Sending deepest sympathy and much love to the whole family.

The Bown family extends sincere condolences in learning of Kathy's death. She was very involved in many activities such as International Wives Club at WPAFB. She will be missed in the community. We wont be able to attend visitation or funeral as we will be out of town for extended period of time.  We offer Ed, Dawn & Susan our deepest sympathies.

I would like to share our condolences, we never actually met, but we visited your home this past summer during the neighbor walk! We thought it was so kind that you opened your home and made us feel so comfortable. So sorry for your loss and thanks for being so warm and welcoming.
