Leonard R. Huff

HUFF, Leonard R., age 90 of Kettering, passed away on Saturday, April 23, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents Herman and Myrtle Huff, first wife Dagmar Huff, son Leonard R. Huff, Jr. (Bud), daughter-in-law Nanette Huff and granddaughter Kelly Rueger. He is survived by his wife Ethel Huff, daughter Sharon (James) McCabe, step-sons Paul (Sheila), Bob (Sheryl) and Pat Daugherty, grandchildren James McCabe IV, Patrick McCabe, Amanda Huff and Elizabeth Whittaker, 9 great-grandchildren, sisters Hazel Combs, Irene May, Sharon Sue Brown, brother Shirley Clay Huff and numerous nieces and nephews. Leonard retired from GM and had served in the United States Navy. He was a member of the Masonic Alpha Lodge 729 F&AM, Scottish Rite, Bellbrook Senior Center and First Baptist Church of Bellbrook. He loved to fish and hunt. Funeral services will be held at 12 pm on Friday, April 29, 2016 at the First Baptist Church of Kettering, 3939 Swigart Road, Beavercreek. with interment to follow in Valley View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the church from 11 am until the time of services on Friday, April 29.
