APPLE, Mary Jo (Dowler), age 81, of Beavercreek, passed away Friday, September 14, 2012 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born in Blanchester, Ohio on December 2, 1930 to Clyde and Lucille (Tuft) Dowler. She had a passion for gardening and volunteered at Cox Arboretum for many years. In her later years she became interested in designing and creating all natural stone necklaces and bracelets. She is preceeded in death by her husband Stanley of 52 years, sisters, Grace James and Dorothy Tedrick and brothers, Raymond Dowler, Clyde Dowler Jr. and Paul Dowler. She is survived by her sons, Jeff (Therese) and David (Amy); three grandchildren, Zachary, Kaitlyn, and Hannah; sisters, Ruthann Copeland and Betty Liming and brothers, Jack Dowler and Dan Dowler, as well as nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends Friday, September 21, 2012 from 11am until the time of services at 1pm at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL 3970 Dayton- Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd.
