Melissa Ann Mercuri-Youngmann

She was preceded in death by her dear friend, Terry Meyers and grandfather, Clyde Burton. She is survived by the love of her life, Jess Youngmann; mother Natalie [Michael] Styles; sister, Michele Mercuri; brother, Jamie Gustin; sister, Mandy [Katrina] Helton; niece, Madilyn Helton; nephew, Knox “Bub” Helton; and other beloved family and friends.

Melissa was a strong, compassionate and loving individual in all that she did. Have it be daughter, sister, aunt, soul mate and friend. She cherished an amazing 11 years with her “Honey” Jess. Time spent as Aunt MeMe to her niece and nephew was by far her greatest happiness. Melissa always enjoyed music, true crime, hiking, staying active, and of course hours and hours of shopping anywhere. She was an avid fan of classic Hollywood, especially of Ava Gardner and Frank Sinatra. Her favorite movie was always Rosemary’s Baby.

Melissa will always be remembered for her laughter, love, resilience, and undeniable warmth she exuded every single day of her life. Melissa will be deeply missed by all that experienced her love.
