

Warren, Nedrah R., age 82, (“Ned”) went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 6, 2025. She was the daughter of the late James H. Dillon and Lillian J. Spencer (Dillon). Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother James W. Dillon, sister-in-law, Brenda Dillon, sister, Nancy Ratliff, brother-in-law, Herbert Ratliff and nephew, Sammy Ratliff. Ned is survived by her husband Malcolm (“Bunk”) B. Warren, they were happily married for 55 years; her two children, Roger Dean Fleenor, and Robin Renae Fleenor, as well her nephew Tony Ratliff, niece Tina Stephens, and nephew Steve Dillon and numerous other relatives and friends.
Ned retired from Hewitt Soap Company after 35 years of service. Ned worked in Quality control and then was promoted to the Lab where she a self-taught chemist responsible for inspecting all incoming raw materials that were used to make soap products such as Chanel, Avon, Estee Lauder, English Leather to name a few. After retirement Ned worked at Ethan Allen in Washington Township and at Von Maur Department Store where she worked as a pianist for over 10 years.
Ned loved serving the Lord by attending church and working with the youth. She was a lifelong member of Fairborn Full Gospel Tabernacle church for over 35 years working alongside her brother/Pastor James W. Dillon and then under Pastor Jimmy and Crystal Haning. She served the church in numerous capacities including as church organist, songwriter/singer, Sunday school teacher, choir director and on occasion directed plays and drove the church van. Ned and Bunk also enjoyed taking the youth on annual hayrides and to Kings Island. Ned loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with her family, playing piano, riding her bike, gardening and traveling.
In 2023 Ned became ill and was under Vitas Healthcare until her passing on August 6, 2025. Ned continued to play the piano daily and still had a way of ministering through her music to all who would listen. The family would like to give a special heartfelt thank you to Pastor Jimmy and Crystal Haning of Fairborn Full Gospel Tabernacle, and the church family. In addition, the family would like to thank Vitas Healthcare, First Light Home Care, Calming Angels, LLC, Home Care Assistance of Dayton and Home Helpers of Miami Valley who provided so much love, care and support to dearest Ned, Bunk and the family.
Visitation will be on Thursday, August 14, 2025, from 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at David Cemetery, Community Mausoleum Chapel, 4600 Mad River Road, Dayton, Ohio 45429. The funeral will follow immediately beginning at 1:00 pm. Pastor Jimmy Haning Officiating. Entombment will be in David’s Mausoleum.
