Otis Lee Warneke

WARNEKE, Otis Lee, age 89 of Beavercreek, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 2, 2012. He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Mertile Warneke and sister, Hazel Bellew. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Edna Warneke; son and daughter in-law, Richard and Vickie Warneke; daughter and son in-law, Victoria and Fred Waldren; 4 grandchildren, Michelle Waldren, Mindy Waldren, Amy (Curt) Hensley, Sarah Steele; 3 great-grandchildren, Riley Hensley, Pierce Hensley, Kylie Steele and numerous other relatives and friends. Otis was a W.W.II Army veteran and retired after 40 years as an electrician from G.M. He was a member of the Blessed Hope Baptist Church, the VFW #8312, West Carrollton Lodge F&AM and the Antioch Shrine. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at the Blessed Hope Baptist Church, 3151 Annabelle Dr., Kettering, Ohio 45429 with Rev. H. C. O’Bryant officiating. Interment will follow in Valley View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive relatives and friends at the church on Monday, March 5, 2012 from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME – BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL.
