Philip R. Behme

Behme,Philip R., age 57, of Miamisburg, OH passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2014, at his residence. He was born in Dayton, OH on January 9, 1957, the son of Robert W. and Alice M. (Scott) Behme, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his four daughters, Suzanne and husband, Shawn Goss, of Miamisburg, Sarah Behme, of Miami Township, Brittany and Christina Behme, both of Beavercreek; brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Diana Behme, of Kettering; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Richard Dillon, of Murfreesboro, TN; former wife, Nancy Behme-McQuire, Miamisburg; grandchildren, Evan Forster, Emmie Alice, Amelia Erin; nieces and nephews, Lisa Zwiesler and son, Owen, Karen and husband, Jason Hambey and their son, Mason, Michael and wife, Beth Behme; feline friend, Charlotta. Philip was a graduate of Oakwood High School, Class of 1975. He was an auto mechanic for 20+ years and retired from DMAX after many years of service. Philip was a Past Master of Stillwater Lodge #616 and later affiliated with Millennium Lodge #779. He was also a member of the Scottish Rite,Valley of Dayton and the Moose Lodge #73. Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 30, 2014, at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road at Grange Hall Road with Reverend Rob Wackerman officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until the time of the memorial service on Tuesday. Final resting place will be in Otterbein Cemetery in Lebanon, OH. The family wishes to express their appreciation to Drs. Malik Safa and Ehab Hussein and the staff of 5 South at Kettering Medical Center.
