Robert Lee Goldshot

Goldshot, Robert Lee, 87, of Alpha, Ohio, passed away Sunday, October 13, 2013 at Patriot Ridge Nursing Home. He is preceded in death by his first wife Viola Goldshot; son Larry L. Goldshot and sister Margaret M. Berry. He is survived by his wife Margaret Goldshot; son and daughter-in-law Michael and Deborah Goldshot of Beavercreek; step-son Roger Long of Page, Arizona; step-daughter Susan Kay and husband Robert Dawson of Winchester, OH; grandchildren Angela L. Camden and husband Todd, Cristi N. Goldshot Jones and husband George; 10 step-grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren. Robert retired from Dorn Transfer Company and as a Teamster from Local # 957 after 35 years of membership; he was a member of the Knights of Pythias, Silverstar Lodge #668 and the Beavercreek Church of the Nazarene. Robert was an avid Cincinnati Reds fan. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at the Beavercreek Church of the Nazarene, 1850 N. Fairfield Rd. Rev. Keven Wentworth officiating. Interment Byron Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 9-10:30 AM Wednesday. Arrangements in care of Tobias Funeral Home- Beavercreek Chapel.
