Rose Ann Johnson, 85, passed away at The Summit at Park Hills in Fairborn, Ohio on Sunday, April 17th, 2016. Rose was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Elvira Kastle, husband of over 30 years, Raymond Johnson, sister, Mary Lou Zimmer, and brothers, Joseph Kastle and John Kastle. She is survived by her son, Joe (Beth) Johnson, daughter, Vicki (Gary) McGrew, sisters, Carolyn “Susie” (Larry) Schlea and Betty Grewe, brothers, Jerome “Jerry” Kastle and James Kastle, six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Rose retired from The City of Dayton after 30 years of employment. Memorial service will take place on Thursday, April 21st, 2016 at 6pm at Tobias Funeral Home, Belmont Chapel, 648 Watervliet Ave., Dayton, OH. Memorial visitation will be from 4pm until the time of service Thursday. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Rose’s memory may be sent to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, OH 45420.
