Rosezella Inez Garrett

Aside from her parents, Inez is also preceded in death by her husband, Billy Martin Garrett; sons, Billy W. Garrett and Marvin M. Garrett and his wife, Reccia; granddaughter-in-law, Becky Howard; great-granddaughter, Isabella; brothers, Alvin Scott and Bernard Scott; and sisters, Lila Scott, Treva Scott, and Betty Estep.

She is survived by her daughter, Dinah (Gregory) Bowling; daughter-in-law, Sue Garrett; grandchildren, Shawn (Dana) Howard, Andrew (Jillian) Howard, Jason Howard, Marty (Robin) Garrett, Shane (Stacy) Garrett, Kenny Garrett, Brian (Shay) Bowling, and Nicole Bowling; great-grandchildren, Alexandria (Ryan), Cody (Sara), Monique (Tanner), Shelby, Jason (Danielle), Emily, Noah, Bailey, Brooklyn, Recclee, Mattie, Maci, Chaz, Tatum, and Natalia; and great-great-grandchildren, Kayson, Emrielle, Kaizen, Jackson, and Teddy. Inez is also survived by her loving companion of 26 years, Tom Law, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be a visitation for Inez on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 5:00pm to 7:30pm followed by a funeral service at 7:30pm at Tobias Funeral Home in Beavercreek. The burial will take place on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 10:00am at Valley View Memorial Gardens in Xenia. Guests are welcome to meet at the cemetery.
