MANNING, Ruth Fay, age 88 of Miamisburg, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton. Ruth was born on January 7, 1928 in Dayton to the late Ralph and Bessie Kremer Marburger. She was preceded in death by her husband, William; brothers, Ralph, William, Paul, George, Earl, John and Charles Marburger; and sisters, Nellie Locke, Bessie Michael, and Dorothy White. She is survived by her son, Donald (Jill) Manning; special nephew to whom she raised, Allen (Kim) Marburger; grandchildren, Tracy (Donnie) Eisele, Jonathan (Janna) Manning, Adam Manning and Leigh Ann Marburger; 6 great grandchildren; and a brother Richard Marburger. She was a member of Sugar Creek Presbyterian Church and O.E.S. Belmont Chapter #555.
