She also loved participating in sports through South Dayton TOP Soccer and The Miracle League of Greater Dayton. She was a member of Girl Scout Troop 3119. She loved being in her hot tub that was gifted to her through A Special Wish Foundation. She was cared for and loved by staff at Dayton Children's Hospital. Summer was known to most as "Super Girl" from the day that she was born. She has been a fighter since the very beginning, and she fought relentlessly until the end. She had an amazing sense of humor and a beautiful soul. She loved going on walks and watching movies. She loved to dance and play with her siblings. She stole the hearts of everyone who knew her, even strangers who followed her journey on social media. She inspired many people and will be remembered for her silly personality, her remarkable strength and her love for life. Summer is survived by her loving parents, Brian and Sarah, her sister, Sage, and her brother, Johnathan. As well as her grandparents, John and Judy Staup, and Scott and Jill Greenspan, and great-grandparents, Gayle Deatherage and Sandy Greenspan, and Trevor Tormann.
