

Thomas John Massaron, resident of Centerville OH, born on May 6th, 1964 in Ft Thomas KY, passed away June 25th 2018 in Dayton OH. Tom was the son of Donald and Juanita (Bezold) Massaron. He was the beloved husband to Brenda Duncan Massaron. He was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his mother, wife, cherished sisters Donna Wilschevik, Lea (Kevin) Veeneman, Karen Massaron, and Nancy Massaron, sons Jacob and Jeffrey, step sons Duncan and Jackson Baenen, mother and father in law Dan and Jeanette Duncan, brother in law Dwayne (Connie) Duncan, and sister in law Laura (Rick) Kurzawa. Tom also leaves behind treasured nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, many cousins, and a god-daughter. Tom was a 1982 graduate of Anderson High School in Cincinnati, and furthered his education at NKYU and UC. He was a 34 year employee of Walgreens, where he began as a stock person and advanced into management, and was also a licensed Pharmacy Technician. Tom held a very strong work ethic and was esteemed in every work environment. His staff and coworkers held him in high regard. Tom was an avid sports fan, with favorite teams being the Cincinnati Red, Cincinnati Bengals, and Ohio State Buckeyes. He dearly loved frequent kayaking trips with his wife, playing basketball, golfing, hiking, and attending Centerville sporting activities. Tom enjoyed evenings of board games and puzzles with all his family. He will be remembered for his optimism, happy disposition, patience, humor, fun loving spirit, and a smile that lit up the room. Tom and his wife Brenda, were the epitome of soul mates, and were completely devoted to one another. His last years were filled with great love and fun spirited adventures. He is dearly missed. . A memorial service will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary in Cincinnati on Saturday June 30th. Visitation begins at 9:30, followed by mass at 10:30, with a reception to follow.
