Vera F. Bowman, age 91, passed away at Trinity Retirement Center of Beavercreek on Saturday, April 27th, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Bowman; parents, Robert and Mary Bear; daughter, Cheryl Bowman; sisters, Ruth Williams and Gayle Bear and brothers, Raymond Bear and William ‘Bill’ Bear. She is survived by her son, David (Katherine) Bowman; sister, Marilyn DeAngelo; brothers, Horace Bear, Bruce Bear and Marvin Bear and grandchildren, Leah Roberts and Tyler Bowman. A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, May 6th, 2017 at Tobias Funeral Home, 648 Watervliet Ave., Dayton, OH 45420.
