Walker T. Russell

RUSSELL, Walker T., age 78 of Beavercreek, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 28, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walker and Mary Ruby Russell; sister, Jane White, and brothers, Buck and Joe Russell. He is survived by his loving wife, Carol Jean Russell; son and daughter in-law, John and Molly Russell; daughter and son in-law, Nancy and Todd Pcionek; grandchildren, Andy Russell, Ben Russell, Ellie Pcionek, and brother and sister in-law, Jim and Ruth Russell. Walker served in the United States Air Force. He worked for the Cleveland Public School System where he was a Teacher, Councelor, Assistant Principal and ultimately retired as a Principal. He was a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church. Walker was a loving husband, father and grandfather who was very proud of his 3 grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at St. Andrew United Methodist Church with Pastor John Schlicher officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends at the church from 1:30 p.m. until the time of services on Saturday, February 1.
