Wallace Henry Schwenker

SCHWENKER, Wallace H., age 89, of Centerville, Ohio passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2017. He was born October 3 1927 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Otto and Lauretta Schwenker and also preceded by his brother Glenn. He is survived by and will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 62 years Viola B. Schwenker, their two sons, Stephen (Rebecca) Schwenker of Kettering, OH and Larry (Cynthia) Schwenker of San Antonio, Texas as well as 4 grandchildren, Eric, Matthew, Scott, and Lauren. He graduated from Withrow High School in Cincinnati and from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Business Administration. He proudly served his country during the Korean War and worked as a Systems Analysis/Programmer before eventually retiring from NCR in Dayton. His favorite loves were spending time with his family, watching baseball and sports, working on projects around the home, and tending to a large perennial flower garden in his backyard. The family wants to thank all the care providers at Trinity Community, Beavercreek and Hospice of Dayton for assisting the family in his care.
