Bruce Wayne Garrison

Bruce Wayne Garrison, a man dedicated to his loved ones, passed away peacefully on June 27, 2025, at his home in Decatur, AL. Bruce was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother who put his family first, providing a life rich with experiences and care.

He married Maria Garrison and was father to Derek and Matthew Garrison. Matthew and his wife, Alura, gave Bruce his granddaughter, Rhaena. He is also survived by his sister Toni Robert and her husband Greg, and his brother Tim Garrison.

Bruce worked hard to provide for his family. He ensured they had memorable experiences, including many summer vacations to places like Mexico, the beach, and trips out West. Bruce had many hobbies and was always willing to share his time and skills. He enjoyed landscaping his backyard, building computers, and for many years, he put on neighborhood fireworks displays, often with his sons and their friends helping.

In recent years, Bruce found strength and peace in his faith. He especially loved spending time with Rhaena; recent memories include joyful times with countless bubble fights. Bruce's deep love and care for his family were clear in his actions and the memories he created. His presence will be missed.
