Charles W Horner was born on May 26th 1963 in Muncie, Indiana. He will be remembered for his vast wealth of knowledge and infinite compassion as well as for being a model father and friend to many.
Mr. Horner is survived by his 3 sons, Christopher G. Horner, Jonathan M. Hinson and Brandon W. Horner
A Celebration of Life is being held Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 11am at Central United Methodist Church in Decatur. A time of visitation will be from 9am until 11am at the church. Roselawn Funeral Home has the honor of assisting the family.
