The Service of Death and Resurrection for Geraldine "Jeri" Short will follow at the same venue on February 19, 2026, starting at 2:00 pm.
A graveside service will take place at Roselawn Cemetery, 709 Memorial Drive SW, Decatur, AL 35601, on February 20, 2026, beginning at 10:00 am.
Geraldine Sansom Short's final resting place will be at Roselawn Funeral Home and Cemetery, located at 709 Memorial Drive SW, Decatur.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First United Methodist Church of Alabaster, Alabama, or to the charity of their choice.
