A Celebration of Life Service will be Monday, December 31, 2018 at Roselawn Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday, December 31, 2018 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
Mr. Higdon was a Navy Veteran and a retired maintenance mechanic.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Nell Higdon.
Mr. Higdon is survived by his children Susan Coons, Cindy Morgan and Angela Parker; his step-children Chris Chop and Mike Mann; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
