She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert B. Wright, and her parents, A.C. and Purnia Nixon.
She is survived by her five children, Denna Tucker (Paul C.), Robert D. Wright (Janine), Randall Wright (Ronda), Jonathan Wright (Laura Brown), Beth Merrell, one sister, Joy Fran McCoy, nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday evening at Roselawn Funeral Home from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. The graveside service and interment will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery in Hartselle, AL. Rev. Bobby Powell is officiating.
Roselawn Funeral Home is assisting the family.
