She was born Lee and Juanita Smith. She graduated from Decatur High School and Calhoun Community College.
She survived breast cancer in 2001.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Todd Smith.
Survivors include her son, Griffin and her husband Jeff.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Friday, November 20, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Roselawn Funeral Home with Benny Sivley officiating.
Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
