Minnie Karen Hayes

Minnie “Crickett” Jennings Hayes, 61, of Decatur, AL, passed away on August 6, 2023. Her visitation will be Friday August 11th from 10:00am until 11:00am at Roselawn Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life service will begin at 11:00am in the chapel of the funeral home, with Bro. Michael Price officiating. She will be laid to rest at Cedar Creek Cemetery.

Crickett is survived by her husband, Levi Tucker, of Decatur, AL, sons; Riley Murphy(Lauren), of Athens, AL, and Jamie Gray(Misti), of Wedowee, AL, brother; George Rodney Jennings, of Decatur, AL, grandchildren; Bella Olive, Cora Murphy, Braydon Murphy, Blake Gray, and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John David Jennings, and Elizabeth Ardelia Jordan Jennings, sisters; Jona Sue Jennings, Elizabeth Ann Jennings, Starla Jean Jennings, and Rita Carolyn Jennings, brothers; Ronald Blake Jennings, Allen Joseph Jennings, and John Dwain Jennings.

Crickett was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt. She was a lifelong Tennessee football fan, and loved all things family. She was loved by all and will be missed by all who knew her.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
