She is preceded in death by her parents, Roy B. Lively and Francis Mitchell Lively.
She is survived by her husband of 12 years, Kenneth Medeiros; daughter, Whitney Desiree Crow of Tennessee; and step-daughter, Jennifer Marie (Cory) Beams of Decatur.
Stephanie loved bowling and golf. She was a member of Epic Church.
