Terry Mike Davenport

Mike is survived by his wife Ashley, son Will, sisters Peggy Collins and Betty Davenport, brother Jerry Davenport, and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father William David Davenport, and his mother, Myrtle Terry Davenport.

Mike was a 1978 graduate of Decatur High School. He retired from Wolverine Tube in Decatur after 32 years of dedicated service. He worked for Jones Fence Company in Trinity in sales and marketing for 6 years, and retired in March 2025 from Syntec Industries in Rome, GA, after 8½ years of traveling all over the United States and Italy working with global corporations such as Club Car, Toro, EZ-GO as a Market Specialist in the golf cart industry. Visitation will be on Sunday, April 26, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home. A celebration of life service will follow at 3:00 PM in the chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Greg Compton officiating and Joseph Owens, Butch Ellard and Pastor Andrew Wenzler speaking.
