Mrs.Fernandez was born in New York City. In her years of work she was a Secretary in the Insurance industry.
Surviving is her beloved husband, Junior; her daughter, Lisa Johnson and her son-in-law, Rick; her grandchildren - Alexander, Jake and Brad; her sister, Jeanette Consalves, her brother, Joseph Restaino and many nieces and nephews. Predeceasing her is her brother, Louis Restaino; and brother-in-law, Michael Consalves.
Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 2-4:30 and 7-9:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, at 9:15 a.m., at Ss. Cyril & Methodius Church in Deer Park. Entombment will follow at St. Charles Cemetery.
