Today you would have been 47 years old.  Happy Birthday in Heaven, Grant 4/28/24.  You are missed by so many -- family and friends.  You always made the time to  visit everyone, including me and Robert and  I do cherish those times. it was an honor. to be called Mom even though I was not your birth Mom.  A golden heart gone too soon.

I know today must be extremely hard for all of Grant’s family. Grant had a presence about him that you just couldn’t forget. He definitely was a beacon of happiness, humor ,light and love.  I hope you all know and never forget that even though he isn’t here physically anymore he will continue to shine from heaven above  on everyone he loved. Family was always number one to him and if you were lucky enough to be his friend he considered you family too. He loved with a fierceness that was unremarkable. There truly was no one like him. Grant, you will be missed by so many but I know you left behind a little light in everyone you met. I will cherish every memory we have together. My deepest heartfelt condolences to his family

Dear Grant, Roseann  A,and K  I am so so sorry to hear of Grant’s passing but know in my heart I wish I could be there in person to comfort you. Even thro I haven’t seen you in years my heart feels for you all. Please stick together as family to help one and other but mostly his children will need you all! I send my love to you all, they also asked for a story, ask Big Grant if he remembers the night that he and Grant had to come to my house for something that Grant and Brian did! I first met Grant in high school and was also in Sea Cadets with him. He was one of the funniest guys that I’ve ever known. I remember his love for “fast” cars along with several white knuckled rides on DPA. He had the ability to make everyone laugh and was accepting of everyone. I wish that we could have reconnected in the years since SJB. Rest easy old friend.

So sorry, G3. You will be sorely missed by us here in NM. That's for sure. I remember when you came to NM, and our friends made a huge NY Christmas eve dinner. You were the guest of honor. You had so much fun, laughed so much back then. We love and will always miss you and have you in our hearts.  Guess we won't be getting together after the New Year as we had planned. But we all will see and be with you again one day.  Fly high and free.  Laugh again. Check out Jc. He's waiting for you!

Grant will be miss by everyone who met him.
He will always be an Angel in my eyes. When hurricane Sandy hit and we lost power in our neighborhood. He offered me a spare generator without hesitation and came across the street every morning before heading off to work  to top off the gas tank to make sure I had power for my fridge and a light or two. 
Sore with the Angels Grant you will be missed dearly.

Our prayers and thoughts are with the family during this difficult time.  Grant was such a kind spirited man, a wonderful neighbor, an individual who would always lend a helping hand to anyone in need.  So glad our paths crossed.  Grant will be missed!  Rest in peace.

I first met Grant in Sequential 1 Math in January of 1993.  We were both struggling with the class because our teacher really just couldn't teach us.  While I sat frustrated and upset through the semester, Grant sat next to me and did everything to make me laugh throughout the class. While I didn't learn anything that semester, I did get through it because whenever the teacher turned around, Grant would hold up this sign and we would all laugh.  He was our class clown and I took this picture of him to always remember.  While I remember walking with him in the halls and having lunch in the cafeteria sometimes, I am sorry that we lost touch after 1995, and had to reconnect in this way.  While I haven't seen Grant in all of these years, I will always remember him, and how he always brought a smile to my face.  Rest in Peace, Old Friend...and thank you for the awesome memories!

I will always remember Grant. He was always the guy you that was there to help,  to laugh with and have a good time with. Honestly a true stand up fella. He would take his own shirt off his back to help someone if they needed it. I will always have memories and I will cherish them. May  he rest in peace. God has certainly gained an angel.

30 years later and it was always as if time stood  still for us. My heart is 💔 but I know we will see each other again. Continue in heaven as you did here on earth with your infectious smile, your caring and compassionate soul and your heart that was  enough for everybody. I will always love you my sweet friend. Till we meet again💚
