Loving father of Lynn McCormack and her husband Kevin, Carol Ann Lorenz, Diane Polsin and her husband Doug. Cherished grandfather of Pamela Lorenz, Kevin M. McCormack and his wife Melissa, Jacqueline McCormack, Kerri Lorenz, Timothy McCormack and his wife Lida, Danae Follett and her husband Russell and Brenda Polsin. Adoring great grandfather of Tiam Henry McCormack, Jack Henry McCormack and Otis George Follet.
