Tomorrow is your birthday..my heart is heavy..I think about you every day. I miss you more than words can ever say. It's been a long interesting year, got diagnosed with cancer, had surgery to have it removed. Went through chemo, and rang the bell. Let's hope in 5 years I will be cancer free. Look down on me from time to time to help make that works out. I love you always and forever to the moon and back.

Joe...I miss you more than words can ever express.  You were that once in a lifetime friend and I will forever remain grateful for the friendship we had, and still have in my heart.  We had that kind of friendship where we could act ridiculous and stupid and silly one moment, and then bare our souls the next.    It’s the kind of friendship I never thought I’d ever have, but you gave it to me.  I can’t thank you Enough for that.  Miss you.  Love you my friend, now and always.
