Marie L. Germano

Marie Louise Germano, age 94, passed away peacefully on February 3rd, 2025. Marie was born on January 11,1931 in Long Island City, New York to her parents, Lambert and Amalia Franciotti. Marie was a proud resident of Deer Park, NY and was married to her late loving husband, Frank Anthony Germano, for over 45 years. Marie is the loving mother of her son Frank (married to Bonnie) and daughters, Susan (married to late John), Joann (married to Steven), and Barbara (married to Vincent). Marie is the adored grandmother of Lenny, Nychol, Racquel, Dawn, Johnny, Jessica, Courtney, Vincent and Gabriella. Marie is the cherished great grandmother of Gina, Justin, Christian, Arianna, Emma, Chloe, Brianna, Jaden, Charlie, and Johnny. Marie was a proud Italian-American who was an active and passionate member of Ladies Auxiliary of the Constantino Brumidi Order of Sons of Italy. Family and friends may visit the Boyd-Caratozzolo Funeral Home on Thursday (2/6/2025) from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm. Catholic Mass Burial on Friday (2/7/2025) at St. Matthews RC Church at 11:45 am. Interment will follow at Calverton Military Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
