

As a child Bobby was always busy getting into something, and he loved to play and enjoy himself outdoors.
He loved to climb trees & on occasion he would fall out of those same trees, either trying to pick apples, to see a Robins egg in a nest or to keep his parents from attending a friends wedding. There was always a time in the day someone was shouting “Bobby!”
Bobby attended Belmont Elementary school as he grew he found himself enjoying many activities his parents provided for him to release all that energy. He played football and was on Little League Team as a running back . He also attended the Venettes Cultural workshop in Wyandanch as a dancer.
Bobby attended Robert Moses Middle School where he started to become the man we all know and love. He was full of life and energy and loved socializing with everyone in the neighborhood. He amazed many good friends who remember him then and will never forget him now. Bobby did several commercials on television for screens actors gild .
His quick response in doing the Heimlich Maneuver in a restaurant saved the life of a man also a child at his cousin Dainas birthday party he walked out of both situations a super hero.
He met his childhood sweetheart and significant other Carolyn better known as Carrie in middle school and the two of them were inseparable. Bobby went on to graduate from North Babylon Senior High school and then furthered his education at Norfolk University in Norfolk Virginia. When he returned home to New York and some years later he became an electrician and worked in construction with his life long best friend Frank Trippett.
Bobby and Carolyn had 2 sons CJ and Colby whom he loved unconditionally.
Bobby was truly loved and loved every one he met. He always had a good word for people and always focused on the Bible.
He loved to work out and enjoyed his jogs around the neighborhood with weights in his hands and earplugs in his ear listening to the gospel.
He will always be in our hearts and his kindness will be remembered forever by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He will be remembered as an Icon Legend by all who knew him.
OG Bobby Johnson Robert was called to heaven on Sunday night. He left us too soon but God wanted him to come home. No one expected it But God knew.
Bobby is survived by his Parents Henry & Marjorie Johnson, His sister Susanne, the mother of his 2 sons Carolyn his oldest son Robert Craig Johnson Jr & his youngest son Christopher Colby Johnson , Grandmother Mary, aunt Sandra, Uncle Herman, Aunt Tina, Aunt Maxine, Uncle Paul , Aunt Mickie, Aunt Francis , uncle Richard and a list of cousins and friends.
