Thomas S Metzger

The family of Thomas S. Metzger is deeply saddened to share the news of his passing on September 16, 2025, following a brief but difficult battle with cancer. Tom leaves behind many family members, friends and co-workers who will miss his cheerful, easy going personality and kind, gentle heart.

Tom was born on September 25, 1958, in Miami, Florida.

He was a proud graduate of Christopher Columbus High School in Miami and later attended The University of Miami. He had a 45-year sales career in the window and door manufacturing business, including TM Products in Pompano Beach and most recently ETI Eurotech Windows in Fort Lauderdale.

He enjoyed golfing, collecting firearms, target practice, and home-cooked meals. He was a former member of the Bachelor’s Club of Miami, and a recent member of the Founders Shooting Club of Fort Lauderdale.

Tom is predeceased by his loving parents Thomas J. and Betty Metzger. He is survived by his brothers Mike (Marianne), John (Kathy) and Steve (Rachel), and sisters Patty (Ray) Schapley and Kathy Metzger. He also had numerous nieces and nephews and their families, all of whom will dearly miss their “Uncle Tommy.”

His family requests that any donations made in his name kindly be directed to St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Deerfield Beach.
