Anna Mildred Wheeler, 90, died Sunday, January 16, 2011 in Edmond, OK. She was born May 28, 1920 in Madison, Florida, to Hunter and Emily Mae (Thomas) Fox. Ann was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Curtis Wheeler; sisters: Merle Whirly and Jessie Osteen and brother, Clayton Fox. Survivors include her sons, Doyle and John Golden; daughters, Shirley Legrand and Velma Edwards; grandchildren: Deanna Davis; Sheila Conner, Cheryl McClure, James Ames, Michael Newton, Richie Bell and John, Wayne, Kim and Michael Golden; great grandchildren: Heather and Robby Davis; Bobby and Jeremy Conner, Clint French, Danielle and Ashley Newton, and Jonathan Ames; great great grandchildren: Jordon Connor and Grady French; and nieces, Robin Petty and Jean Garrison and others. Her funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Friday, January 21, 2011 at the Sunny Lane Chapel with interment following at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
