Betty Jo Grogan

Betty Jo Grogan age 94 of Del City, Oklahoma went to be with Jesus on February 21, 2022. Betty was born on September 25, 1927 to Dillard and Pearl Blythe. She married Norman Camp in May of 1946, they had four daughters Norma, Noma, Nina and Nona. Betty and Norman divorced in 1969. She married Virgil Grogan in October of 1975, they were married for 38 years. Betty is preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, one brother, her husband and one grandchild. She is survived by her daughters Norma Bowles, Darlene Crisp, Joann Wade, Nona Ruggles, 9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchild and 11 great great grandchildren. Betty enjoyed reading, gardening, and her koi ponds, she won the award for Yard of the Year from Del City, Oklahoma in 2011. She received her Master Gardener Certificate at the age of 65 from OSU. Betty was involved in the political arena where she assisted with local voting elections. She also ran her own business Betty's Tax Service for 30 plus years. Betty loved visiting with her family, and sharing her love of the lord with them all. She was honored to have five sets of five generations. Betty is loved by all of her friends and family. She will be missed dearly but they have blessed assurance they will see her again.
