Charles Gene Rawson, 69, passed away on June 16, 2013 at his home in Del City, OK surrounded by his family. Charles was born on August 21, 1943 in Ada, OK to Grundy Gene and Dovie Mae (Songer) Rawson.
He was a very hard worker and spent most of his life in the construction/roofing industry. Charles enjoyed Harley Davidson Motorcycles, hunting, traveling, guns, tattoos, tinkering in his garage, and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one step brother, Donnie Solomon. Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years, Jimmie Lee (McElroy) Rawson; children, Veronia Wallace and husband Lee, Robbie Rawson and wife Tabitha, Kimmie Littke; grandchildren, Christopher Rawson, Jennifer Bernich, Shelley Caldwell and husband Justin, Charlie Cole, Tyler Rawson, Brittany Littke, Angelisa Rawson, Sierra Weaver; great-grandchildren, Aubrey Caldwell, Graci Rawson, Madi Wade, Justin Caldwell; one half-sister, Nelda Rawson.
